Counselling
Robyn Elliott is a Canberra counsellor with over 34 years of
experience in business, health and wellbeing. Her experience in trauma-informed
support for mental health includes anxiety, depression, grief/loss, and
relationships with self and others.
Robyn uses a person-centred approach and collaborates
with clients in planning their care and support. Clients are central to the
care planning process and maintain control over choices and decisions regarding
their lives.
The path towards health and wellbeing may not be
linear. Outcomes in therapy can be evaluated by how the client develops the
strategies and skills required to navigate life's challenges while consciously aligning
with their values, autonomy, self-worth/trust to continue personal growth.
Since 2013, she has
provided specialised counselling services using person-centred,
solution-focused, humanistic, creative and mindfulness-based approaches. Robyn
holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences, and Master of Counselling.
